I have experience in helping people to obtain emotional relief and positive cognitive developments in the following areas:
Depression
Anxiety
Grief related to a loved one or ending of a relationship
Work stress and life balance
Relationship difficulties
Emotional trauma (single episode or chronic abuse)
Modalities used in individual therapy depend on relevance and are as follows: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing); CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy); Narrative and Solution Focused Therapies.
All therapies are client centered honouring a person’s experience, spiritual beliefs, emotions and their knowledge.
