Couples Therapy

Family Therapy

When children have repeated failed or upsetting experiences, they can lose a sense of control over their lives. This can result in anxiety, depression, anger, behavioural issues, and other challenges in the home or at school. 

With family therapy, we can work together to help manage or overcome: challenges at school; abuse, neglect and attachment difficulties; self-esteem difficulties; adoption-related emotional difficulties; challenges related to changes in the home situation; and other challenges that arise throughout childhood. With therapy, we can help children develop resiliency, skills, and coping strategies so you and they can live more peacefully.

Child Therapy

Are you a concerned parent who notices your child struggling with behavioural issues, social challenges, or emotional distress?

Teen Therapy

Young Adult Therapy

Is it difficult to navigate changes that arise throughout early adulthood?

It’s common to feel lost or unsure as you navigate the early stages of adulthood. It may be the first time you’re out on your own and have the ability to truly develop your own sense of self. Trauma-Intensive Therapy (Individual + Group Sessions)

Trauma intensives are an approach to therapy that involve group and individual psychotherapy sessions. These sessions are completed over a shorter period of time than traditional therapy. Trauma-intensive therapy aims to build a connection to self and others. For example, knowing and being clear about your authentic or whole self. As you work through the sessions, you can begin to build heartfulness and heal from pain rooted in trauma. Start experiencing relief from stress and expectations with trauma-intensive therapy.
